Ari Rockland-Miller, co-founder of The Mushroom Forager, LLC, has been sharing his passion for mushroom hunting and edible plants through the written word for over a decade. Ari’s writing has been featured in a number of publications. Selected publications are listed below.
Ari contributed a piece about mushroom cultivation in Vermont to the Vermont Almanac Volume II, published in 2021. Learn more about the Vermont Almanac here.
Ari’s piece “Fall’s Fleeting Mycological Treasures” was published in the Fall 2019 issue of Green Mountain Club’s Long Trail News magazine. Jenna’s September ForageCast graphic was also featured.
Ari and Jenna contributed a page of tips on hunting wild mushrooms in Dr. Ken Mudge and Steve Gabriel’s book, Farming the Woods: An Integrated Permaculture Approach to Growing Food and Medicinals in Temperate Forests published in 2014. Check out the book here.
